Signature Aisle

Starbucks launched the Signature Aisle program with the aim of bringing the cafe experience to its CPG business in grocery stores. Now in 1,500 stores, the aisles comprise of the premium hardware and materials found in Starbucks’ retail locations as well as a variety of point of sale (POS) kit that change every two months, with each seasonal flip. All within strict Starbucks guidelines.

With each seasonal kit, our team is tasked with concepting layouts and working with copywriters to develop a narrative thread that ties each element to the greater strategy, and finally, direct the photography that brings the entire program to life.

Coffee Passion

Starbucks and Publix asked us to develop a digital rich media experience to help engage shoppers, especially Millennials shoppers, in “Coffee Passion” content. Coffee Passion is one of the overarching principles that Starbucks focuses on in all of its efforts and it is the hope to convert Publix shoppers into informed and enthusiastic Starbucks Coffee drinkers. The page content would change bi-monthly, with different roasts or blends featured during each flip. The site consists of five pages:

Homepage: Product Information, Coffee Tips, Food Pairings, and Reward/Savings

Navigating between screens is accomplished by double-tapping the cup of coffee on each screen. The highlight of the experience is the ability to “stir” a cup of coffee to reveal different tips on how to enjoy each different featured roast or blend.
